This is not the first time that Uloz has been surrounded by piracy allegations. It has earlier been reported to the US Trade Representative over piracy concerns. Uloz has claimed that these allegations have no basis in truth and has filed a counter-notice to restore the app on Google Play Store. (AFP)

The complaint against Uloz was filed by the anti-piracy company Weemazz on behalf of HBO Europe, Czech Television, and TV Nova, etc. Although the app has been taken off the Google Play Store, it is still available on the Apple App Store. (AFP)
