2022 Maruti Brezza is just around the corner and despite being a conventional ICE car, the Brezza seems to be outdoing the modern-day Electric Vehicles when it comes to smart features. Maruti has just revealed all the in-car infotainment features and the Brezza is simply loaded to the teeth. The car will be launching on June 30, 2022 and Maruti has already started accepting pre-bookings for the same. The car will be available via the Maruti Arena dealerships and the booking amount stands at Rs. 11000.

Maruti showcases all the features via its social media teasers, and for tech savvy auto enthusiasts, this will be a huge draw. One of them is the 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system that gets Maruti's new SmartPlay Pro interface, which will offer top levels of smartphone connectivity – we assume it will have Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The system will also boast of a premium sound tuning through Surround Sense by ARKAMYS. Maruti will also offer a voice assistant system onboard the car.

2022 Maruti Brezza features revealed

Note that the SmartPlay Pro interface will be reserved for the top-end ZXi trim, which has all the features; Maruti will offer the older SmartPlay Studio interface on the lower variants of the Brezza. Suzuki connect will also feature on the SUV with over 40 connected features. Maruti says that the unit will support OTA updates and wireless assistance.

That's not all. Drivers will get to enjoy a 360-degree camera for parking and reversing. A heads-up display (HUD) will also be available on the Brezza; this is the same system we saw on the Maruti Baleno, and should help with safety. The car will feature the electric sunroof, which will bring it on par with the Hyundai venue, Tata Nexon, and Mahindra XUV300.

Maruti also reveals the basic driver assistance features and safety measures on the Brezza. The SUV will also get cruise control, auto AC, 6 airbags, rear parking camera, hill hold assist, ESP, 6 airbags, LED projector headlamps with floating DRLs, auto headlamps with Follow-Me-Home & Lead-Me-to-Vehicle feature.

Other than this, the Brezza will have a smart hybrid engine rated to produce 103Bhp and 137Nm peak torque, which will be paired with either 6-speed auto or 5-speed manual gearbox.
