Are you facing any issues in sending and receiving emails on your Gmail account? If yes, then you are one of those thousands of users who are currently facing this problem. Users are reporting the issues that they faced in sending and receiving mail. Panicked users rushed to Twitter to share their experience while some said that they are unable to access their mail at all.

DownDetector, which shows a chart indicating the cases of Gmail outages reported in the last 24 hours, indicated that these peaked around 8:24 PM today. The chart shows a view of problems reported by users in the past 24 hours. Most of the Gmail users had faced issues in receiving emails on Gmail, which was 84 percent of the cases. 9 percent users faced Server connection and 7 percent faced problems with the Gmail website.

Meanwhile, a few users also faced issues in getting access to the Google website. Downdetector report revealed that most of the cases were related to the website with 71 percent reports, while 17 percent of users faced difficulty in 'Search' and 13 percent says that they faced issues with Google Drive.

However, the majority of the cases have been reported with Gmail. In India, users complained of an unresponsive Gmail app as well as undelivered emails. Following the Gmail outage, people took to social media to share the experience of inconvenience.

One of the users wrote, "Just because it's a weekend doesn't mean Gmail is working fine!! No mails being received in Gmail!#gmaildown"

While, another user tweeted, "Its always WhatsApp down, Insta down, Facebook down etc. This time #gmaildown be like (let me do it!)"
