The new tool automatically selects the best photos associated with a particular album, place or event and arranges them into a format that resembles a more traditional scrapbook, only with animations and interactive features. Stories will arrive in the Photos section of the Google+ web and Android apps on May 26 before making its way to the iOS app.
Users who are intimidated by even the most basic video editing task will love the new Google+ Movies tool, which automatically joins two or more sequences and adds effects, transitions and even a soundtrack. This service is already available on the social network's web, Android and iOS apps.
Stories and Movies can be used with any photos or videos stored on a user's Google+ account.
