Here is how to handle glitches in govt’s cashless payments interface

To use the National Payments Corporation of India’s (NPCI’s) Unified Payment Interface (UPI), you need to have a bank account with a UPI-enabled bank, an Android smartphone to download the UPI-ready app and a mobile number that is registered with your bank.

To use the National Payments Corporation of India's (NPCI's) Unified Payment Interface (UPI), you need to have a bank account with a UPI-enabled bank, an Android smartphone to download the UPI-ready app and a mobile number that is registered with your bank.

However, there is a possibility that even after all this, you may not be able to transact due to glitches in the app.
