The e-commerce website, Flipkart announced the recruitment of an Assistant Manager at the company, who will be responsible for handling conditional losses and fraud prevention charter for the City Logistics team of Banglore. • The candidates who are willing to apply for the Assistant Manager at Flipkart must have a graduation degree, more than three years of experience in the Supply chain, logistics or e-commerce industry.
• The candidate should also have experience in stakeholder management and strong analytical skills. The knowledge of R, Python, SQL will be an added advantage.
• In total, the candidate must have 3-8 years of experience.
• In the skill-set, the candidate must possess problem-solving Skills, good stakeholder & team management skills, and good knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau.

• The Assistant Manager will be responsible for interacting with Zonal Op's, TNS team to resolve FRM queries timely.
• Providing FM with daily visibility of high-risk shipments.
• Keep track and monitor fraud landed at the Return Centre on a daily basis.
• Working with the RC team to resolve issues and make calls out.
• In relation to the same, solving issues with RCA in a timely manner.
• End-to-end programme management for reducing conditional losses
