Chinese handset-maker OnePlus is expected to come out with a new smartphone or rather a variant of its flagship model -- OnePlus 3.

The revelation comes as a OnePlus designer took to the Chinese Twitter-like social media, Weibo, to post about the new variant.

As per the picture, the phone seems to have no changes in its rear panel but the reflection on the mirror shows a 'T'. However, the company had earlier confirmed the launch of its new smartphone in an announcement. It read, "T-7: The Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 (2.35GHz) is coming your way. Find out more on November 15."

If rumours are to be belived, the new 3T will come with an LCD display instead of an AMOLED display. The 3T is also expected to run on Google's latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system along with 8GB RAM and a 16-megapixel rear camera.

The smartphone is expected to draw power from a 3,500 mah to 4,000 mAh unit along with Dash Charge support technology. In terms of price, if Evan Blass is to be trusted, the OnePlus 3T will be priced $80 more than the original device. This means the new phone could be priced at $479 (approx ₹32,000). The launch OnePlus 3T will be on Facebook Live, and will be starting on November 15 at 1pm EST.

The OnePlus 3 was launched as an Amazon exclusive in India and the phone runs on proprietary Oxygen OS with Android Marshmallow at the base. It runs on the Snapdragon 820 SoC and 6GB RAM unit. The OnePlus 3 packs in a 3,000 mAh battery along with Dash Charge technology.
