JioMart, the latest e-commerce platform by Reliance is now official and available in more cities across India. Being in tests since the past few weeks in Mumbai, it is now available in some other tier 1 and tier 2 cities as well. Although both Amazon and Flipkart e-commerce firms are already operational ever since Lockdown 4.0, this new venture by Reliance should come as nothing but a good news for customers, who now will get more options to order from.

Where is this service available?
To check the availability of JioMart in your area, enter your pincode at the time of ordering. At the time of writing, JioMart is available in areas such as Vaishali, Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. JioMart is servicing in several tier 1 and tier 2 cities including Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Gurgaon, and Dehradun.
You need to register first
Yes, you cannot visit the website and start placing an order. You have to register by clicking on the "Sign In/ Sign up" link located at the top right corner on the home page. It would ask for your information like mobile number, name and location. Once the OTP is confirmed, you can start shopping.Registering is mandatory for the checkout process.

Are multiple logins allowed?
Reliance JioMart lets customers use one login email ID and mobile number for one account only. There should be a separate email ID or mobile number for another account.
No service available on phone
Unfortunately, this service is yet to be made available on smartphones. Hence, you cannot shop using your handset. It will require you to access it through a desktop.
How is the payment done online?
Reliance JioMart is giving customers the option to pay during check out via debit card and netbanking options.
For order confirmations, customers will get an email or a SMS with order details. The email and phone number should be the same that is registered with the account.
