The smartphone is powered by a 4,000mAh battery. Like the Galaxy Note 8, its successor also comes with support for wireless charging.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9's S Pen aims to be a universal remote control. Samsung is allowing developers to build more capabilities to the S Pen. The latest iteration of S Pen comes with finer tip and higher pressure sensitivity.

Samsung's S Pen now supports Bluetooth Low Energy. This allows users to access key smartphone features through S Pen. For instance, users can take a selfie from Note 9 while using the S Pen as a remote control. Users can also control presentations.
AI Camera
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will automatically notify users if the subject has closed eyes when taking a photo. Samsung comes with smart scene detection features, similar to newer Android phones.
