'The Wolf Among Us' coming to iOS, Vita

The iOS and PlayStation Vita versions were announced following its warm reception on Mac, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 mid-October.

Players take on the role of Bigby Wolf, who is a sheriff of sorts to a refugee community of folklore characters, hiding out in a dark corner of Manhattan called Fabletown.

It's up to him to keep the peace and make sure that the Fables, volatile characters that they are, don't draw adverse attention to the secret community -- and that's not an easy task.

Like 'The Walking Dead,' players are presented with critical choices to make, and the curious often play through the same episode more than once to see how things could turn out differently.

'The Walking Dead,' released 2012 for mobile, console and PC, was swamped with accolades by the end of its debut year and at institutional awards in 2013.
