Apple Watch 6, Apple Watch SE goes on sale today

When the Apple India online store went live last month, you could pre-book the new Apple Watch 6 and the Apple Watch SE.

Apple Watch 6 is priced starting at ₹40,900. The 40mm Apple Watch 6 is priced at ₹40,900 and the 44mm is for ₹43,900 for the GPS version. (Apple)

Apple announced the new Apple Watch 6 and the Apple Watch SE at the ‘Time Flies' event on September 15 and by the time the Apple India store online went live, you could pre-order both the smartwatches. 

The pre-ordered smartwatches have begun shipping from today and those buying the Apple Watch 6 or the Apple Watch SE online today on will get them delivered between October 9 and October 15. 

Alternately, you can walk into an Apple authorised store and buy either of the watches today and if you are ordering online on Amazon or any other e-commerce platform, they too will be shipping the watch straight away. 

One of the perks of buying the Apple Watch 6 or the Apple Watch SE from the Apple Store is that you can bundle in Apple Care and pay for all of it in EMI. 

Just to remind you, the Apple Watch 6 is priced starting at ₹40,900. The 40mm Apple Watch 6 is priced at ₹40,900 and the 44mm is for ₹43,900 for the GPS version. If you pick the GPS+Cellular option, the price of the 44mm Apple Watch 6 goes up to ₹52,900 and the 40mm becomes ₹49,900.

The stainless steel Apple Watch 6 is priced at ₹73,900 for the 40mm and ₹77,900 for the 44mm. This version is only available in GPS+Cellular.

The cheaper Apple Watch SE is priced at ₹29,900 for the 40mm and ₹32,900 for the 44mm. The GPS+Cellular model of the 40mm is priced at ₹33,900 while the 44mm goes up to ₹36,900.

As far as the Apple Watch bands are considered, the Apple Watch SE and the Apple Watch 6 both ship with the basic Sport Band. The stainless steel variants on the Apple Watch 6 ship with the metallic Milanese Loop.

You can also buy the Solo Loop and the Solo Loop Braided bands online as well as offline. Just make sure you measure your wrist right.
