Celebrate Halloween with new Snapchat lenses, Bitmoji features- Here is how

Halloween is almost here and everyone will be celebrating the occasion on October 31, Monday. Are you ready to unleash your spooky side this Halloween? If you are a Snapchat user, you can use the app to get into the ghostly spirit. Want to know how? The application has come up with new Halloween-themed Lenses and Bitmoji features. Informing about the same Snapchat said in a release, "To help Snapchatters get in the ghostly spirit, we’re brewing up Halloween-themed Lenses and Bitmoji features, bringing back the beloved haunted theme Snap Map on October 31, and for Snapchat+ members only, granting access to brand new spine-chilling exclusive profile backgrounds."

Snapchat users can add a creepy mood to their home with Rune Room Lens, which will let them stamp runes – or mysterious, ancient lettering – on any surface. Or, if you are a cat or dog person, you can transform your furry friend into a ghost with the help of Spooky Pet Lens. Snapchat also released five new Bitmoji costumes, including a cat burglar, a devil catsuit, a superhero, a cheerleader, and an 80s aerobics instructor.

Snapchat users can also secure Fantasy Wings for their Bitmoji. However, what needs to be noted is that it is available for a limited time only as it will end on November 1, 2022. You can also choose from three new festive Halloween t-shirts, including two spooky graphic tees and one that simply reads ‘This is my Costume’.

Meanwhile, for the uninitiated, a Bitmoji is your own personal emoji. Your Bitmoji represents you across Snapchat. You can share your Bitmoji in Chat, change its look and even bring it to life with 3D Bitmoji and Bitmoji Party.

How to create Bitmoji avatar

1. To create a Bitmoji with Snapchat open the app and tap the Profile icon at the top to go to your Profile screen.

2. Select Create My Avatar and Snapchat will walk you through the rest.
