Step 1: Open the Facebook app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Click your profile picture in the top right of the Facebook app.

Step 3: Tap your profile picture.

Step 4: Now tap Take New Profile Video to take a new profile video or tap Select Profile Picture or Video to choose a video from your phone.
