Featuring a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 5, which is powered by the Snapdragon 750G Processor and a 5,000mAh battery supported by a 25W fast charging option. In cameras, it features a 50MP main camera along with an 8MP wide-angle and 2MP macro lens. The smartphone runs on the latest Android 12 operating system topped with Samsung's own layer of One UI 4.1 out of the box. Targeting the users who want an all-rounder smartphone under budget, brings a number of features for the users.

Among these, one of the essential features is the Blue light filter that decreases the amount of blue light displayed on the screen of the device. What does it do? The blue light filter can help you sleep better! How? So, this Blue Light can suppress the production of melatonin, which is the sleep-inducing hormone, so filtering it out can help you simply sleep better. It will also help to reduce digital eye strain, so your eyes won't feel tired by the end of the day as they usually do with rigorous use of smartphones.

But you need to note that while watching HDR videos, the blue light filter will not be enabled. But for the rest of the activities, it can work effectively. Here’s how to enable this Blue Light filter on Samsung Galaxy F23 5G.

How to enable the Blue Light filter on Samsung Galaxy F23 5G

Step 1:

Head into your Settings and then scroll down to the Display option. 

Step 2:

Now, here you will find several options. In most Samsung devices, you will find a toggle bar next to the Blue Light filter option. 

Step 3:

All you need to do is to switch on the Blue Light filter. 

Step 4:

While, in Samsung Galaxy F23 5G, you will get the feature with the name 'Eye Comfort Shield'. You just need to switch the toggle bar towards the right. 

Step 5:

Similarly, you can switch off the Blue Light filter on Samsung devices.
