Google Chrome is one of the most widely used web browsers across the globe apart from Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. If your computer or laptop are also using Google Chrome then you should update it immediately! In a recent update, Google has revealed that it has detected as many as11 security issues in the Chrome web browser, and more than 50 percent fall in high-severity vulnerability realm. To fix the security threat, Google has rolled out a Google Chrome update on the stable channel and users need to update quickly. The latest update version is 98.0.4758.102. Google has listed the reported bugs and security fixes to the Chrome browser in the blog. Notably, this is the first zero-day patch by Google in 2022. It also admits that there is an active exploitation of the flaw while saying, "Google is aware of reports that an exploit for CVE-2022-0609 exists in the wild."

What should you do?
