First, navigate to the image with the caption that you want to forward.
After that, tap and hold on to the image that you want to share. This may pop up in the reaction symbols.
But all you need to do is to go to the share button on the top right corner once the image and caption are selected. Click on that share button.
Then, simply select the individual contact or the WhatsApp Group from your list where you want to forward the image with the caption.
