Google Pixel 5, Pixel 4A 5G smartphones with Android 11 launched: Price, specs and features

Google Pixel 5 and Pixel 4A 5G, the two smartphones that were announced earlier this year right after the launch of Pixel 4A, have now been given an official introduction by the firm. The flagship Pixel 5 will be coming to the US at $699 price tag while the less powerful Pixel 4A 5G version will cost $499. Both of them won’t be coming to India as confirmed by Google already.

Pixel 5 specifications and features

Pixel 5 features a 6-inch full HD+ OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout in the top left corner. It has HDR panel with 19:5:9 aspect ratio. As for the cameras, the handset features a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture at the back along with a 12.2-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.7 aperture and OIS+EIS). At the front, there is an 8-megapixel f/2 camera. 

Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB storage. And backing the Pixel 5 is a 4,080mAh battery coupled with 18W charging. It even has reverse wireless charging tech with water and dust resistant build.

Pixel 5 will come with Android 11 out of the box and will be going on sale in October in Just Black and Sorta Sage colours.

Pixel 4A 5G specifications and features

The less powerful Pixel 4A 5G features a 6.2-inch FHD+ OLED display but with 60Hz refresh rate and HDR panel. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor along with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage. It has the same rear and front camera setup as the Pixel 5G but with a smaller 3800mAh battery. it still get 18W fast charging tech and comes in Just Black/Clearly White colours.

This will also come with Android 11 out of the box.
