Apple iPhone 12 to start at $649, claims a report

Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 12 series smartphone at an event on October 13. Ahead of the launch event, reports keep detailing features and specifications of the upcoming iPhone 12 series smartphones. Now, a new report talks about the prices of the upcoming iPhone 12 series smartphones.

As per a report by a tipster who goes by the name Apple Rumours, the 64GB variant of the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 will cost $649 ( ₹47,573 approximately), while the 128GB variant will cost $699 ( ₹51,238 approximately) and the 256GB variant will cost $799 ( ₹approximately). Similarly, the 64GB variant of the 6.1-inch model costs $749 ( ₹54,903 approximately), while the 128GB variant costs $799 ( ₹58,568 approximately) and the 256GB variant costs $899 ( ₹65,898 approximately).

On the other hand, the tipster says that the 128GB variant of the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro costs $999 ( ₹73,231 approximately), while the 256GB variant costs $1,099 ( ₹80,561 approximately) and the 512GB variant costs $1,299 ( ₹95,222 approximately). As far as the top model, that is the iPhone 12 Pro Max is concerned, the tipster says that while the 128GB variant will cost $1,099 ( ₹80,561 approximately), the 256GB variant will cost $1,199 ( ₹87,892 approximately) while the 512GB variant will cost $1,399 ( ₹1,02,553 approximately).

Separately, a report states that Apple will launch five iPhone 12 models this fall. The entry-level iPhone 12 model as per the report by WinFuture will be available in six colours variants which includes Black, White, Blue, Red, Yellow and Coral. In terms of the storage space, it will be available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB storage variants. That said, Apple hasn’t confirmed anything yet and so we will have to wait for a confirmation by the company to say anything for sure.
