Apple's iPhone 12 series launch was delayed this year because of supply chain issues that occurred die to the global pandemic. However, with things getting back on track, it is being tipped that Apple will be on schedule for the iPhone 13 launch and it is going to happen, as is the norm, in September 2021.
The fact that Apple is going to be able to stick to its usual launch schedule comes from a report in 9to5Mac what cites an investor note from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

Kuo stated that the mass production schedule for the iPhone 13 is going to be the same as the older iPhone models and be launched in September 2021 without any delays. Apple's iPhone launch schedule was thrown off due to the global pandemic this year.

The production of the iPhone 12 series suffered a massive hit as supply chains and production suffered due to lockdowns across the globe. Apple also had to deal with a staggered launch with the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro hitting the shelves in October and the iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max coming in November.
Currently, all the iPhone 12 series devices are doing well and the company is expecting a good holiday season with significant sales across the range.
