There have been rumours that Apple iPhone 13, which is supposed to launch later next year, might not feature a notch at all. The same was rumoured for the iPhone 12 but that never happened. Now, according to a tipster, Jon Prosser, iPhone 13 series may possibly keep the notch. However, there might be a slight difference this time. As per the previous leaks by Prosser, the firm already has an iPhone prototype with a smaller notch and it might just turn out to be the iPhone 13. But to get some more concrete information, we may have to wait for a few more months, possibly until the next-gen iPhones go in mass production.

Prosser has previously also confirmed the rumours that Apple is testing iPhones with more refresh rate screens as well. According to multiple other reports, the iPhone 13 is said to feature a 120Hz Adaptive refresh rate tech, something that the latest iPad Pro has right now.

Talking about the screen, Prosser, in his latest Front Page Tech video, added that if the notch gets smaller, it will leave enough space at the back to align the four sensors inside the square setup. Right now the two sensors are stacked vertically and the third one is in the middle while the smaller IR sensor is below it, all of which looks misaligned.

Meanwhile, Counterpoint research has revealed the top selling 5G smartphone of 2020. It’s the iPhone 12. As per the report, iPhone 12 became the world’s best-selling 5G smartphone model in October despite a delayed launch, which resulted in only two weeks of sales during the month.
