LG's unique T-shaped dual-screen phone spotted in leaked video

LG has been rumoured of working on a dual-screen smartphone for quite some time. This one will however be different from what you’d expect and definitely different from those foldable phones. Dubbed ‘LG Wing’ the smartphone has a T-shaped design. A new video of the LG Wing has now been leaked showing the dual-screen phone in full action.

In a short 11-second video, the LG Wing video shared by Android Authority shows the phone being used in a car for navigation. The phone is docked with the main screen showing the navigation map and the secondary screen playing Apple Music. The second screen also shows an incoming call in the video. The phone’s design is similar to what was leaked previously by ETnews.

The secondary screen will reportedly be tucked under and can be pulled out. But it looks like the secondary screen cannot be moved around or rotated like those old T-Mobile phones. This isn’t the official version of the LG Wing but based on the video we can make out that it’s near to perfect.

The dual-screen design on the LG Wing is said to offer an immersive experience for activities like watching videos, browsing the web and photo editing where one image is on the primary screen and the editing tools are on the smaller one.

The LG Wing is said to feature a 6.8-inch main display while the smaller display will be a 4-inch screen. It could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 700-series chipset with support for 5G. LG WIng is also rumoured to feature a triple camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor.
