Nokia C3 budget Android 10-based smartphone gets a price cut; Here are the new prices

The firm has confirmed that the price of its 3GB+32GB model and 2GB+16GB model are Rs. 7,999 and 6,999 respectively.

Nokia C3, the budget smartphone from HMD that was launched in India in August this year alongside Nokia 5.3 and a couple of feature phones, has received a price cut now. The firm has confirmed that the price of its 3GB+32GB model and 2GB+16GB model are Rs. 7,999 and 6,999 respectively. This means that the base model has received a price cut of 500, while the more powerful model has got 1,000 cut. This piece of news came from Mumbai-based retailer, Mahesh Telecom first and was confirmed by the Finnish handset maker to Gadgets 360 later. The new price has started showing up on the Nokia’s online store as well.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Nokia C3 comes with a 5.99-inch HD+ IPS display with a toughened glass coating. The dual SIM supporting phone is powered by an octa-core SC9863A processor that is coupled with up to 2GB/3GB of RAM and up to 16GB/32GB of storage space, which can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.

It has an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2 aperture at the back with LED flash and a 5-megapixel camera in the front. It comes with a removable 3,040mAh battery and it runs on Android 10. Other features include a fingerprint sensor, face unlock, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm jack and micro USB port for connectivity. There is also a dedicated button for Google Assistant. Nokia C3 is said to be made in India.

The handset was launched alongside Nokia 5.3, which is priced at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant, and Rs 15,499 for the 6GB+64GB variant.
