Oppo on Thursday announced that it would launch F19 smartphone in India on April 6. The company added that the F19 would be the sleekest phone with a 5,000mAh battery.
Apart from a large battery and slim profile, the F19 is also confirmed to come with 33W fast charging support, an AMOLED punch-hole display with full HD+ resolution, and an eye-care-like display feature.
On the battery capacity, Oppo said that the 33W Flash Charge featured a 11V3A solution, and it can charge the device in only 72 minutes or up to 54% in only 30 minutes.
“In 5 minutes you’ll enjoy 5.5 hours of calling, around 2 hours of YouTube use. The OPPO F19 sports bounteous battery life so you'll never need to worry about running out of power, and super-fast charging means fewer charging time and longer running time,” the company said in a release.
Oppo has already launched two phones under its F-series in India. The two phones are Oppo F19 Pro+ 5G and F19 Pro. The F19 Pro is available for a starting price of ₹21,490. The Pro+ 5G comes in only one variant, which costs ₹25,990.
Let’s talk about the top-end model, F19 Pro+ 5G. The handset comes with a 6.4-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage.
In the photography department, the phone has a quad-camera setup with 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel portrait sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.
There’s a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies on the Oppo F19 Pro+. The smartphone has a 4,310mAh battery with support for 50W fast charging support. On the software front, it runs Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1.
