Poco X3 GT could launch in India soon

Poco may soon launch a new handset in India. According to tipster Kacper Skrzypek, the company would launch the Poco X3 GT. Reports suggest the handset could be a repackaged version of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G.

Interestingly, Skrzypek had earlier leaked that the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G China model will roll out in other markets, including India, soon.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro in China is available for a starting price of CNY 1,499 ( ₹17,100 approx) for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It comes in two more variants of 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro runs on MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chipset. On the global variant, there’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset. It also houses a 6.67-inch LCD FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Victus protection. The global variant comes with an AMOLED display but with Gorilla Glass 5 and a standard refresh rate. The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery with up to 67W fast charging support. On the software front, it offers MIUI 12.5 with Android 11.

The handset comes with a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Connectivity options on the Redmi Note 10 Pro are 5G, NFC, dual SIM support, and a USB Type-C port.

Apart from the Poco X3 GT, Poco will launch the Poco F3 GT in India later this year. The smartphone is said to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition.
