Realme X7 Max 5G with Dimensity 1200 SoC to launch in India today

Realme will host a virtual event in India later today to unveil a slew of new devices. The latest lineup will also include a new smartphone, Realme X7 Max 5G. Already, key details of the handset have leaked online.

Realme X7 Max 5G is said to be the rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo, which launched in China recently. The handset will come with MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 5G processor. The phone will also pack an FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate.

Realme X7 Max 5G comes with a punch-hole display with a textured glimmery rear panel. It will be available in three colour options of black, silver and pink. The phone is said to weigh 179g and measure 8.44mm.

The handset will also come with support for 50W SuperDart fast charging that is said to deliver up to 50% charge in just 16 minutes.

The camera details of the phone are also out. It will house a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary Sony IMX682 sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The company has also teased an esports event of Asphalt 9: Legends for the X7 Max 5G.

Apart from a new phone, Realme will also launch a new smart 4K TV in India today. According to the official teasers, the smart TV will come in 50-inch and 43-inch screen sizes. It will pack Dolby Cinema with Voice Assistant and Dolby Vision Atmos. The latest leaks reveal a 24W quad stereo speaker setup, 4K panels with 178-degree field of view, built-in Chroma Boost and Picture Engine optimisation. As far as pricing goes, the smart TV will be available for a starting price of ₹28,000.
