Redmi 10X variants, colour options revealed: All we know so far

There has been some buzz around the Redmi 10X recently especially after the company’s general manager Lu Weibing teased on Weibo that Redmi has a new surprise for fans in China. 

However, while we wait for official confirmations, some key specifications and colour options have been leaked by tipster Ishan Agarwal.

According to Agarwal, there is also a Redmi 10X Pro model in the works.

Redmi 10X

As per the information Agarwal has shared, the Redmi 10X will be launched in 4G and 5G versions. The 4G-only version will come in 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB variants in White, Sky Blue and Green colour options.

The 5G version will come in 6GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. This model will be available in Dark Blue, Gold, Silver and Violet colour options.

What we know about the Redmi 10X specs so far suggests that the smartphone will sport a 6.53-inch screen with a punch-hole display, a quad camera set-up on the back (48MP, 8MP, 2MP and 2MP), a 13MP selfie camera, 5,020 mAh battery and an audio jack. 

The Google Play Console listing indicates that the smartphone will come with the 1.8GHz MediaTek Helio G70 chipset, running Android 10 out-of-the-box. Geekbench listings confirmed these specs as well.

The listing also mentions that the Redmi 10X 4G could be priced at RMB 1,499 ( ₹16,000 approx), however, this could just be a place-holder tag.

Redmi 10X Pro 5G

This is the first time we are hearing about the Redmi 10X Pro and so far we know that this is going to be a 5G device.

Other specifications are not known for now but Agarwal confirms that the model will come in two variants - 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB and in four colours - Dark Blue, Gold, Silver/White and Violet.
