The Redmi Note 11 series is now official and as expected, there are three models at launch. There’s a regular Redmi Note 11 that starts at CNY 1,199 (approximately INR 14,000), followed by a Redmi Note 11 Pro which starts from CNY 1,699 (approx. INR 20,000). There’s also a Redmi Note 11 Pro+ that comes in at CNY 1,999 (approx. INR 23,400). All these models are official in China but global availability is still unknown.
The specifications remain largely unchanged from the previous generation Redmi Note 10 series, except for the choice of chipset. The entire Redmi Note 11 series is now reliant on the MediaTek Dimensity chips, which include the Dimensity 810 and Dimensity 920 chipsets.
The Redmi Note 11 sees certian downgrades over the Redmi Note 10 but gains 5G connectivity, thanks to the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset. You can have it configured with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The phone now has a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a variable refresh rate of 90Hz.
The Redmi Note 11 retains the 5000mAh battery and its 33W fast charging solution. The main camera gains a 50MP sensor while the 8MP ultra-wide camera completes the dual camera set on the rear. A 16MP camera on the front takes care of selfies. It comes with MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11, has a 3.5mm jack, and fingerprint sensor on the power key.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. This one is reliant on the Dimensity 920 chipset, and similar to the Redmi Note 11, it comes with 128GB storage as standard, with an option to have 256GB. The battery capacity is largely identical at 5,160mAh but it now supports 67W fast wired charging. The phone also has a 3.5mm audio jack and JBL-tuned stereo speakers.

The rear cameras consists of a 108MP Samsung HM2 sensor for the main camera, the same 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a degraded 2MP macro camera. The 16MP front camera remain from the old model.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is 90 percent similar to the Redmi Note 11 Pro, except for the battery charging system. Instead of the 67W wired solution, the Pro+ comes with a 120W fast charging system that promises to fully recharge its smaller 4500mAh battery in 15 minutes.
