Samsung Galaxy M51 India launch timeline, price revealed

Samsung Galaxy M51 is one of the most anticipated smartphones right now. The upcoming Samsung phone is tipped to pack a massive 7,000mAh battery. New reports have emerged suggesting the Galaxy M51’s India launch date and price, and also its design.

Samsung was earlier reported to launch the Galaxy M51 in July but this was delayed to September due to production issues. Now according to an IANS report, Samsung will launch the Galaxy M51 in India during the second week of September. The report adds that Samsung will price the Galaxy M51 between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000. Samsung hasn't officially teased the new launch in India yet but it’s expected to happen soon.

Another leak reveals what is said to be the official press renders of the Galaxy M51. Here, we see the Galaxy M51 sporting a punch-hole display with an Infinity-O cutout. The smartphone has four rear cameras and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It’s also seen in two colour options of black and white. Judging by the images, the Galaxy M51 looks thick like the recently launched Galaxy M31s.

There’s already been quite a few leaks and rumours on the Galaxy M51’s specs. The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display. It will offer 6GB and 8GB RAM options and 128GB as one of the storage variants. The quad camera setup could feature a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, a 5-megapixel portrait lens and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, the Galaxy M51 could house a 32-megapixel front camera.

Samsung could use the Snapdragon 765G processor for the Galaxy M51. On the software front, it will most likely run One UI 2.1 based on Android 10. In addition to the 7,000mAh battery, the Galaxy M51 is also said to come with 25W fast charging speed.
