How to take screenshot on Amazon Fire tablet

1. First, open the app or webpage that you would like to take the screenshot of.

2. Press the bottom volume button along with the power button simultaneously, otherwise either one function with the button will perform.

3. While pressing both the keys simultaneously, a camera or chime sound will be played along with the screen flash, which will confirm that your screenshot is captured.

4. As you must have seen in your Android devices, a preview of the screenshot will appear on the top right corner of your screen followed by an animation pushing the image to the particular location. You can click on the small preview to open the full image.

Also, when you slide down the notification bar, you will see the confirmation message that your screenshot is captured. It will also give you the option to share your image directly to different apps when you click on the ‘Share’ option below the notification preview image of the screenshot. If you want to edit the image, you can simply edit it while opening the screenshot in your gallery or any other editing app. Your screenshot will be simply saved to your gallery.
