On October 16, a new mob will be selected from the existing candidates this year – the Glare, the Allay and the Copper Golem, all new mobs that will be selected after a vote. Gamers can also expect to see an announcement regarding the arrival of the Minecraft Caves & Cliffs update which is expected to arrive before the end of the year. 

The update is expected to bring important changes to the game including biomes, new mobs, and more. The update is expected to be bigger than the previous Caves & Cliffs update including changes to the height and depth of the works as well as biome generation and ore generation.
