The first foldable laptop from the company, the Asus Zenbook 17 Fold, has finally been announced in India. However, the new Asus Fold laptop will go on sale next month from November 10, which will be available on the official website of Asus India, e-Commerce websites, and other retail stores in the country. The Asus Zenbook 17 Fold is the first-gen folding notebook that is currently available for pre-order for Rs. 284290. However, it should be noted that, after the sale date, it will be available for Rs. 329990. Not just that, the pre-order offer on this Asus Zenbook 17 Fold will let you receive a warranty extension pack worth Rs. 27100 absolutely free. This covers three years of accidental damage protection for your laptop. Apart from this, Asus is also providing an external SSD of 500GB.

Asus Zenbook 17 Fold specs and features

The new Zenbook 17 Fold laptop is said to have the "world's first 17.3-inch foldable OLED" screen with Intel Evo certification. That means it could be folded down from the middle to turn into a compact form factor to use as a large tablet, measuring 12.5-inches past the fold. The 1.5kg laptop is equipped with the latest 12th-Gen Intel Core i7 CPU and an Intel Iris Xe GPU. Asus has also claimed that the display will feature a response time of 0.2 ms and a peak brightness of 500 nits. The laptop packs a 75 WHrs battery and support of 65W ac fast charging option. However, with average usage, the battery could last for around 10 hours. Apart from this, it will feature a USB type-C cable and Bluetooth soft key keyboard.
