HMD Global to launch new Nokia phones on April 8
Three Nokia phones including the Nokia X10, X20 and G10 are expected at the event.
HMD Global has scheduled an event for April 8 where it will launch new Nokia smartphones. The Finnish company hasn't revealed anything about the launch but there are a few Nokia phones we're expecting to see at the event.
The Nokia launch event is scheduled to take place on April 8 at 3pm GMT which is 8:30 pm IST for viewers in India. At the event, we could see three new Nokia phones including Nokia G10, Nokia X10 and Nokia X20. These will be the first Nokia phones with the new naming convention that HMD Global is reportedly introducing this year.
According to reports, Nokia X20 will come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 480 5G processor, pack 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone is tipped to come in two colour options of blue and sand. The possible pricing of Nokia X20 has also been leaked to be 349 euros ( ₹30,400 approx).
Nokia X10 is also expected to come with 5G support, 6GB of RAM and 32GB storage. The smartphone could be priced at 300 euros ( ₹26,000 approx), and come in white and green colour options. Like the Nokia X20, Nokia X10 is also tipped to come with the Snapdragon 480 5G processor. Both the Nokia X20 and Nokia X10 are expected to be affordable 5G phones.
Along with the Nokia X10 and X20, Nokia G10 is also expected to make its debut. In terms of specs, Nokia G10 is rumoured to feature a 6.4-inch display, and it will be powered by an octa-core processor. Nokia G10 is also said to sport a quad-camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel camera.
A successor for Nokia 8.3 5G is also in the works. It is expected to come with a 6.5-inch QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 775G processor, a 5,000mAh battery, and a 108-megapixel penta-camera setup.
