Micromax will make its comeback today with two new smartphones. Micromax In 1a and In 1 smartphones have been teased for quite some time now leading up to the launch. Micromax has also confirmed that its new smartphones will be available on Flipkart and its online store.

Micromax In 1a and 1 smartphones are scheduled to launch today at 12 pm. The smartphone launch event will be live streamed via the company's YouTube channel. Micromax is introducing a new ‘in' smartphone series with two smartphones. The company has so far confirmed that its upcoming smartphones are powered by MediaTek chipsets. More specifically, Micromax In 1a uses the MediaTek Helio G35, and In 1 has the G85 chipset.

Micromax In smartphones will be available in three colours with an X-shaped design at the rear. The rear cameras will be housed vertically in a rectangular camera module. There's also a rear fingerprint sensor on the Micromax phones. Some reports also suggest a punch-hole display on the upcoming Micromax phones.

In terms of specs, Micromax In 1a and 1 smartphones are said to come with a 6.5-inch HD+ display, and a 5,000mAh battery. There will be two storage variants of 2GB+32GB and 3GB+32GB.

Micromax In 1a could feature a dual-camera setup with a 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel combination. For selfies, the smartphone could feature an 8-megapixel front camera. Micromax In 1 will most likely house a triple camera setup featuring 13-megapixel, 5-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras, and a 13-megapixel front camera.
