Nokia 5310 which is the 2020 version of the popular Xpress Music phone will launch in India tomorrow. The new Nokia 5310 feature phone was first unveiled this March.

The pricing and sale details for the Nokia 5310 will be announced tomorrow. Nokia regularly launches feature phones and has quite a few in its portfolio. But with this one Nokia is playing the nostalgia card again. So here are key things about the Nokia 5310 that make it stand out.

HMD Global has been launching updated versions of iconic Nokia phones. We've seen the Nokia 3310, the Nokia 8110 banana phone and even the Nokia 2720 flip phone. This time it's the comeback of the XpressMusic phone which launched back in 2007. Known for its music-focused features, the XpressMusic phone also had a unique design with music playback buttons on the side.

New skin old soul

The new Nokia 5310 looks slightly different from the 2007 version. It doesn't have that slim build with the music buttons that really stood out. But the company has retained the music key buttons on the 2020 Nokia 5310. It has a slightly thicker build with colour combinations of white plus red, and black plus red.

Music-focused features

Other than the dedicated music buttons, the Nokia 5310 also comes with dual front-facing speakers. There's a built-in MP3 player along with FM radio. It also supports expandable storage up to 32GB and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Internet browsing, Facebook and more

The Nokia 5310 also comes with an internet browser and support for the Facebook app. It also has a built-in video player. The feature phone however doesn't support WhatsApp which is available on its sibling phones like the Nokia 2720 and Nokia 8110.
