Poco C3 confirmed to feature 13-megapixel triple camera setup

Poco C3 could be a rebranded version of the Redmi 9C which also has a 13-megapixel triple camera setup at the rear.

Poco is scheduled to launch a new smartphone in India on October 6. It's the Poco C3 and the smartphone will most likely cater to the budget segment. Poco has now revealed the camera details of its upcoming smartphone.

A new teaser video of the Poco C3 was shared on Twitter revealing the camera specs of the phone. Poco C3 has a triple camera setup at the rear with a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a macro sensor, and a depth sensor. The rear cameras are stacked in a square-shaped design on the top left corner.

The rear camera specs of the Poco C3 are the same as the Redmi 9C. On the Redmi 9C you get a 13-megapixel primary sensor, 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There have been reports suggesting the Poco C3 is a rebranded version of the Redmi 9C. It could be quite likely given the latest reveal. The smartphone's design is also slightly shown and it looks like the Redmi 9C which has a textured back.

Poco C3 is also confirmed to come with up to 4GB of RAM. There aren't any other details that have been revealed yet. Poco C3 is scheduled to launch on October 6 at 12 noon, and it will go on sale via Flipkart.

If the Poco C3 is indeed the Redmi 9C, then you can expect a 6.53-inch HD+ display, MediaTek's Helio G35 processor paired with up to 4GB of RAM. The smartphone also packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging. On the software front, Redmi 9C runs MIUI 12 based on Android 10.
