Xiaomi on Tuesday announced that it would launch Redmi Note 10 series on March 4. The Redmi Note 10 series will succeed the popular Redmi Note 9 smartphone series.

Ahead of the official launch, Redmi Note 10 series has leaked multiple times. According to leaks so far, Redmi Note 10 series will come with at least four models – Redmi Note 10 4G, Redmi Note 10 5G, Redmi Note 10 Pro 4G, and Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G. These models were recently spotted in an Amazon listing.

The Pro version of the Redmi Note 10 will reportedly come in at least three variants – 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+128GB. Leaks suggest the phone will come with a 5,050mAh battery. It is also rumoured to come with MIUI 12 out-of-the-box. On the camera front, the phone could offer a 64-megapixel primary sensor in a quad-camera setup on the back. For selfies, it is said to come with a 32-megapixel camera. Other rumoured features of the phone are a 6.67-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla 5 protection. It could also be the first phone in the series to offer an AMOLED screen.

Redmi Note 10 is rumoured to come in at least two variants - 4GB+64GB and 6GB+64GB. The smartphone will run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 750G processor. We could see a MediaTek Dimensity chipset-based model as well.

Redmi K40

Apart from Redmi Note 10 series, Xiaomi is also working on a Redmi K40 series. The mid-range lineup is expected to launch in China first. According to a recent TENAA certification, Redmi K40 series will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen and 4,500mAh battery. The phone is also rumoured to come with the FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Redmi K40 will likely run on MediaTek's Dimensity 1200 or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. There are also rumours of the phone offering Qualcomm's top-end Snapdragon 888 processor. The series will debut in China on February 25.
