While many have resorted to using public transportation and refraining from buying a cool glass of lemonade, a shop in Varanasi is encouraging people to not let go of these amenities by offering free petrol and lemons! Yes, you read that right. Now while you buy a brand new smartphone, you can take home a liter of petrol and a couple of lemons alongside it. So don’t just enjoy the phone but also a free car ride and refreshing glass of lemonade to beat the heat. This might be the strangest offer ever. Read on to check details. The incident was reported by Zee News and uploaded on their official Instagram handle, where the video went viral. In the trending video, a mobile shop can be seen which has put up promotional banners of these two new offers. The shop offers two lemons on every purchase of a mobile accessory worth Rs. 100 and one liter of petrol for purchasing a smartphone worth Rs. 10,000. Similarly, if the smartphone costs Rs. 20,000 then you can get 2 liters of petrol. An iPhone 13 at market price will give you roughly around 8 liters of petrol. Now, that is some lucrative offer! ## Viral Video offers free lemon and petrol In the viral video, the shop owner claims that the offers have seen good response from consumers. He said, “A lot of people have come in who were anyway looking to buy a new phone or accessories like tempered glass. Once they see the offer, they immediately want to take advantage of it. They just buy what they want and get free petrol and lemon on it. The customers are really happy”. So, if you are planning to buy a new smartphone, then this shop might be the perfect destination for you. Also read click here. The offer also highlights the steep price rise of petrol and lemon, among other basic amenities seen recently. At present, one liter of petrol costs Rs. 105.41 in Delhi.
