Why do I get a 'page not found' display?

Successfully accessing websites at times implies your browser's settings are fine. Most probably, the servers that store web addresses at the ISP, called the DNS, must be down. Check by choosing the 'Run' command from the Start menu, and typing 'ping google.com' or any other website. If you do not receive a packet of responses on your screen, it means the DNS is down. Disconnect and try again later.
