Xiaomi on Tuesday launched Mi A2, Mi A2 Android One smartphones in Madrid, Spain. Xiaomi Mi A2 smartphones will be part of Google’s Android One platform, like the Mi A1. Xiaomi Mi A2 is priced at €249 ( ₹20,000 approximately) for the base model, and €349 ( ₹28,000 approximately) for the top-end variant. Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite starts at €179 ( ₹14,000 approximately), while the 4GB + 64GB model will retail at €229 ( ₹18,000 approximately).Under the Android One programme, Mi A2 will run stock Android which is expected to be Android 8.1 Oreo. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 processor paired with 4GB and 6GB of RAM. For photography, Mi A2 sports a 12-megapixel sensor and a 20-megapixel sensor with f/1.75 aperture, and LED flash. Up front, it houses a 20-megapixel selfie camera for selfies.
