Xiaomi Mi TV E43K launched (Xiaomi)

Xiaomi has launched a new smart TV in China. Called Mi TV E43K, it comes with a 43-inch full HD display. The smart TV has been aggressively priced at 1099 Yuan, which is ₹11,700 approximately. 

In terms of specifications, Xiaomi Mi TV E43K comes with a 60Hz display and is said to deliver 178-degree viewing angle. The smart TV runs on a 64-bit 1.4Ghz dual-core processor coupled with Mali-450 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The TV has 8GB of built-in storage. 

For wired connectivity, Xiaomi Mi TV E43K supports HDMI (x2), USB (x2), AV, and Ethernet. For wireless, it supports Wi-Fi. 

For audio, it features dual 8W speakers with DTS 2.0 support. The smart TV runs on Xiaomi's custom Patchwall OS.

Separately, Xiaomi's Redmi has launched a new TV soundbar in China. Called Redmi TV soundbar, it has 30W output. Priced at 199 Yuan ( ₹2,120 approximately), Redmi TV comes with dual speakers, 45 x 80mm runway-type full-range speakers, and Bluetooth 5.0 support for wireless connectivity. For wired connectivity, Redmi TV soundbar supports S / PDIF and AUX.

Xiaomi gearing up for a new smart TV line up “Redmi TV X. According to reports, the upcoming smart TV series will offer MEMC technology, up to 4K ultra-high definition resolution, and 85% NTSC colour gamut, among others.
