FAU-G pre-registrations are now open, head over to the Google Play Store

While fans wait for PUBG Mobile India to launch, Indian alternative to the battle royale - FAU-G - has kicked off its pre-registrations today. FAU-G was announced in September this year, following the ban on PUBG Mobile by the Indian government by actor Akshay Kumar and Fearless and United Guards (FAU-G) was being seen as the best alternative for PUBG Mobile fans. And people have been waiting for its launch since.

Some reports had speculated that the game would launch by November this year, but looks like things have been slightly delayed.

However, with pre-registrations now open, and you can register on the Google Play Store, the launch of FAU-G should be just around the corner.

Along with the pre-register button, FAU-G’s developers - Studio nCore Pvt. Ltd also gave us a little look into the graphics of the game. 

FAU-G has been created to honour the Indian Army and the graphics show off cel-shaded animations. If the game goes ahead to use these cel-shaded graphics in the actual gameplay instead of cutscenes, it is going to be interesting.

The game synopsis goes thus -

Join a special unit of FAU-G commandos on patrol in dangerous border territory. Come face-to-face with India’s enemies as you engage with hostile invaders on Indian soil. Fill the shoes of a patriotic soldier and experience the bravery, brotherhood, and sacrifice of the men guarding the country’s borders.
