Apple’s Intel-powered MacBook Pro has just received a significant discount online and is available for its lowest price yet. Apple has just migrated to making MacBooks and Macs with the in-house M1 chip so this discount makes sense since this lot is possible the last few MacBooks that are going to be powered by Intel.
The MacBook 13 Pro with Intel i5 inside is available on Amazon in two variants - 256GB and 512GB. The 256GB MacBook Pro is currently listed on the ecommerce portal for ₹99,990 after the discount. XDA Developers were the first to spot the device on sale.
The 13-inch MacBook Pro with Intel i5 is being offered for ₹99,990 after a ₹18,000 discount from its original price. Amazon is also offering a ₹18,000 exchange discount for the 256GB variant. The 512GB variant of the MacBook Pro is available on Amazon for ₹1,41,719 - which is roughly ₹1,200 lower than its original price.
If you were looking to pick up a MacBook, the 256GB variant seems to be a pretty good deal given the price cut.
The 13-inch Apple MacBook Pro comes equipped with the Magic keyboard and scissor switches and is powered by the 8th-gen Intel i5 with 8GB of RAM and 256 or 512GB of internal storage. It comes with a 13.3-inch IPS display which has a 2560x1600 pixels resolution. For connectivity there are Thunderbolt 3 ports and this machine also comes with the Touch Bar.
The price reduction makes this device quite worth the plunge but the new M1-powered Macs have proved to be much faster than the Intel-powered ones. The M1-powered Macbook Pro retails for ₹1,22,900 while the MacBook Air is available for Rs. 92,900.
