Micromax is launching a new smartphone from its latest ‘In’ series in India. Micromax In 1 has been teased with a punch-hole design, gradient finish, and sporting a rear fingerprint sensor as well. This will be the third from the series after the Micromax In Note 1 and In 1b.

The launch event of Micromax In 1 is scheduled to take place later today at 12 pm on Flipkart. The company has so far revealed only the design of the phone in two colour options of green, and a pinkish blue. There are no official details on the phone’s specifications. But the smartphone did leak recently revealing its full spec sheet.

According to the leak, Micromax In 1 will feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with a punch-hole camera at the centre. It will come with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone will pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.

In the photography department, Micromax In 1 will feature a triple camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, and two 2-megapixel sensors. The leak also highlights there won’t be an ultra wide angle lens in the phone. For selfies, the smartphone will feature an 8-megapixel front camera. That’s quite a lot to know about the unreleased Micromax In 1, and in just a few hours we’ll know if the leak is accurate.

Micromax plans to launch more phones this year starting with around 4-5 from April onwards. The company is looking at refreshing its portfolio every 6-8 months. Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma also shared plans of launching a 5G phone that will be priced aggressively for the Indian market.
