Mid-range Samsung Galaxy M52 5G to have this flagship feature

Samsung is said to be prepping to launch a new Galaxy M-series smartphone. The company has recently unveiled various Galaxy A-series devices including the likes of Galaxy A22 5G and Galaxy A52s 5G. The upcoming phone is rumoured to be called Galaxy M52 5G in India. While Samsung has not yet announced the official launch date of its upcoming 5G smartphone in India, the Galaxy M52 5G could be launched soon in the country. Ahead of the official unveil, some key details of the upcoming phone have leaked online.

The late4st development comes from a report by MySmartPrice. It reveals one key flagship feature (alongside other details) that will be a part of the Galaxy M52 5G. Moreover, some renders also reveal the first look at the upcoming device. The Galaxy M52 5G is tipped to have a hole-punch AMOLED display. It could have support for a 120Hz refresh rate, which is mostly found on Samsung’s flagship devices. However, the feature seems to be trickling down to the mid-range smartphones. The bezels around the display are quite thin, except for the chin.

As for the rear, it has vertical textured lines. It is likely to sport a polycarbonate shell. The Galaxy M52 5G is touted to sport a triple rear camera setup in a rectangular-shaped camera module. It could have a 64MP primary camera, which could be accompanied by a 12MP ultrawide sensor and a 5MP depth camera. On the front might lie a 32MP selfie shooter. It is said to run Android 11 with One UI 3.1 on top. The device is rumoured to have Samsung’s Knox 3.7 security. While the battery details remain unknown, the device could be launched with a 15W charger in the box.

The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G might feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2400 resolution. The display could have a layer of Gorilla Glass 5 on top. It is tipped to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. It could be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128 gigs of internal storage with room for expansion via a microSD card.
