Motorola Edge 50 Ultra leaked: Check details, Geekbench score

Motorola recently announced a new generation of Edge smartphone with Edge 50 Pro. However, The Edge 50 series is expected to include more models with an “Ultra” model expected to launch soon. The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra was spotted in the Geekbench website listing in which some of the performance specifications of the smartphone were revealed. Motorola Edge 50 Ultra

According to the Geekbench listing, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has received 1947 points in single-core and 5149 points in multi-core tests. Additionally, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC paired with Adreno 735 GPU.

Additionally, the Edge 50 Ultra is expected to come with 12GB RAM and it will likely run on Motorola’s UI based on Android 14. Now, additional rumours about the smartphone have started to surface, revealing more details about the smartphone. 

According to a report by Android Headlines, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is rumoured to feature a triple-camera setup which will consist of a 50 MP sensor and a periscope lens with  5x optical zoom. The smartphone colour option was leaked and it is speculated to come in Pantone Colour of the Year for 2024, which is Peach Fuzz. Furthermore, there will be a black and a beige shade which is called “Sisal”.

The Edge 50 Ultra is expected to be launched as a higher-end version of the Edge 50 Pro. Therefore, we may experience greater performance and specification. However, to confirm the mentioned details, we will have to wait till the official launch announcement as they are based on rumours and speculations. Motorola is yet to confirm the smartphone's existence and launch date. Therefore, we may have to wait a few weeks to know what the new Edge 50 Ultra will have to offer to its users.
