Motorola to soon launch 5G version of Moto G Stylus 2021

Motorola will soon launch a 5G version of its Moto G Stylus 2021. The smartphone will be available in the US, according to a new leak. There is no word on when or whether the new version will release in the other market.

According to the leak, the 5G version will come with a slightly different design and features. For instance, the phone could come with a different camera panel design on the back. The leaked images don’t reveal if the number of sensors remains the same. Since it’s a 5G phone, we can expect it to come with a bigger battery. The chipset could change too.

That said, Motorola had launched the G Stylus earlier this year. The 2021 version had launched for $299 ( ₹22,000 approximately), and it comes in two colour options of black and white.

In terms of specs, Moto G Stylus (2021) offered a 6.8-inch FHD+ display. It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 SoC, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It also packs a 4,000mAh battery.

The phone packs a quad-camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Upfront, Moto G Stylus (2021) features a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

Separately, Motorola recently launched the Moto G20 handset. The phone is available in select markets for a starting price of Eur 149 ( ₹13,400 approximately). It comes with a 6.5-inch Max Vision 90Hz display with HD+ resolution. The phone features a rear fingerprint reader and face unlock feature. It has a quad-rear camera setup. It consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel 118-degree ultra-wide-sensor, 2-megapixel macro sensor, and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
