Samsung is rumoured of launching a couple of Galaxy A phones soon. Among these is the Galaxy A52 5G that has now received China’s 3C certification making its launch imminent.
The Galaxy A52 5G has been listed with the model number SM-A5260 and 15W charging speed. That’s about it on the specs front for the Galaxy A52 5G on the Chinese regulator’s website. But we do know a little bit about the specs of the smartphone based on its Geekbench listing. Galaxy A52 5G was spotted with Android 11, Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor and 6GB of RAM.
Leaked renders of the Galaxy A52 5G also show a familiar design for the smartphone. There’s a single punch-hole camera on the Galaxy A52 5G with the power and volume buttons on the side. The smartphone also has a quad-camera setup. It will feature a plastic body with a glass-like finish and a metallic frame on the sides. Galaxy A52 5G also has a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an on-display fingerprint sensor.
Samsung has more Galaxy A phones in the pipeline including the Galaxy A32 and Galaxy A72 smartphones. Both phones will also come with support for 5G. As for the Galaxy A52, Samsung is said to offer a 4G variant as well and this one will come with the Snapdragon 720G chipset and 8GB of RAM. There’s no official word on when Samsung will launch the Galaxy A52 5G, Galaxy A32 5G or Galaxy A72 5G but going by the company’s schedule it could happen as early as this month.
