Samsung Galaxy M51 with 7,000mAh battery launched in India, price starts at ₹24,999

Samsung on Thursday officially launched Galaxy M51 in India. Featuring a mammoth 7,000mAh battery, Galaxy M51 is said to be the most powerful Galaxy M phone so far. The smartphone comes in two memory variants – 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB. The two models are priced at ₹24,999 and ₹26,999 respectively.

Samsung Galaxy M51 will be available on Amazon.in, Samsung.com and select retail stores from 12 PM on September 18, 2020. The company is also offering a limited period offer under which customers using HDFC credit and debit cards would get up to ₹2,000 instant cashback on both EMI and non-EMI transactions when they purchase the Galaxy M51. The scheme is available between September 18 and September 20.

Samsung Galaxy M51 full specifications

Samsung Galaxy M51 comes with a 6.7-inch sAMOLED Plus Infinity-O display. The display is said to be 13% slimmer and weighs up to 12% less than the conventional sAMOLED panels. Despite a large 7,000mAh battery, Samsung Galaxy M51 is slim at 9.5mm. The phone weighs around 213 grams.

Samsung Galaxy M51 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz coupled with Adreno 618 GPU. The phone comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage.

In the camera department, Samsung Galaxy M51 has as many as four rear sensors. The configuration comes with a 64-megapixel primary sensor (Sony IMX 682), 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens (123-degree field of view), and 5-megapixel macro lens. For selfies, it has a 32-megapixel camera. The front-facing camera also supports 4K video recording and slow-mo selfies.
