Vivo X70 series could be launched in India by the end of this month; price tipped

Vivo is prepping to launch the Vivo X60 successor. The company seems to be gearing up to launch the Vivo X70 lineup that could include three models - Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro, and the Vivo X70 Pro+. Ahead of the official unveiling, more information regarding the devices has leaked online. Previous leaks have suggested the presence of high-end features like flagship SoC, 120Hz display, 50MP camera and more. A tipster claims that the upcoming Vivo flagship phones will launch in India on September 30. Further, the pricing could be similar to the Vivo X60 series.

The Vivo X70 is touted to feature a 6.56-inch display. It might have support for a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1080p resolution. The smartphone could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor. However, it is being reported that the company could announce a separate Exynos 1080 variant too.

The Vivo X70 might have a triple rear camera setup - a 40MP primary camera and two 12MP/13MP sensors. It is touted to pack a 4400mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging, an upgrade from the 33W of the Vivo X60. It could come with a Z-axis motor, a single punch hole, and an infrared scanner. The smartphone is said to weigh less than 200 grams at 185 grams. It could sell in three colour options including black, white, and aurora. The aurora variant could. have an AG finish.

Coming to the Vivo X70 Pro, it could have the same screen size, resolution, and refresh rate as the standard model. Moreover, the 4400mAh battery capacity and support for 44W fast charging are the same too. Under the hood, you might get the Exynos 1080 chipset. It could have a quad rear camera setup of a 50MP main camera, two 12MP/13MP sensors with one of them having 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom. It is said to be available in the same colours as the Vivo X70.

On the other hand, the Vivo X70 Pro+, it might have a bigger display at 6.78-inches with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC, and might have a 4500mAh battery with support for 55W fast wired charging and 50W fast wireless charging. It will also have an IP68 rating. It could have a 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor, a 48MP IMX598 sensor, a 12MP camera, and an 8MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom.
