Vivo has launched a new smartphone under its Y-series in India. Vivo Y20G comes with MediaTek’s Helio G80 processor, a 5,000mAh battery and triple rear cameras.
Vivo Y20G is priced at ₹14,990, and it comes in two colour options of black and blue. The smartphone can be purchased from Vivo’s e-store, Amazon India6, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq and retail outlets. Vivo Y20G also has offers such as HDFC Bank cashback of ₹1,000, no cost EMI options and more. The latest Vivo smartphone has also been manufactured at the company’s Greater Noida facility.
In terms of specs, Vivo Y20G features a 6.51-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a notch on top. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G80 processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
The triple camera setup on the Vivo Y20G features a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel bokeh sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. It also houses an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. Some of the camera features include portrait mode, panorama, live photo, slo-mo, and time-lapse.
Connectivity options on the Vivo Y20G include Bluetooth 4.2, a micro USB port, Wi-Fi, dual SIM support and 4G VoLTE. On the software front, Vivo Y20G runs FunTouch OS 11 based on Android 11. It also has a side fingerprint sensor which is claimed to unlock the phone in 0.17 seconds.
